Great attendance is expected!

Twenty years have past and it's time to get together and say hi to everyone from the class of '81. The reunion committee has worked hard to track everyone down to ensure a successful, fun weekend. Many of you have confirmed your attendance by telephone and no matter how far away you're planning to be here!

The Internet's Gradfinder.com and classmates.com sites were helpful tools in locating some of you. Even though we graduated with the typewriter, the mighty office tool of the day, computers can now help even "small town" Stelly's alumni reunite. No doubt more of you will have access to a computer another decade from now, so please keep those reunion sites updated for next time. We recommend gradfinder.com, it's easy and free.

20 Year Grad Reunion Festivities July 20, 21, & 22, 2001

Friday night at Dunsmuir Lodge located at 1515 McTavish Road in North Saanich. This evening is for Grads only (no spouses) beginning at 7 pm. Hors d'oeurves will be served and there will be a cash bar. Watch the sunset over Pat Bay from the spectacular Peninsula Lounge while catching up with familiar faces. Please bring some photos and we'll digitalize them in time for Saturday night's festivities.

Saturday morning interested persons are invited to take a guided tour at Stelly's starting at 11 am. On Saturday night everyone is invited to a house party at 215 Skinner Street in Victoria just over the Bay Street Bridge. Come anytime after 8:30 pm and relax among friends, let the old Stelly's spirit takeover. Pizza is on the menu so make sure you bring something to wash it down. Light refreshments will be available, but if you want some kick, you'll know what you need to unwind to dance the night away. And please, pre-arrange a safe ride home.

Sunday afternoon 11:30 to 3:30 we'll wind up the weekend at Island View Beach. Picnic time with the family at one of the great R&R spots for Stelly's students. Lunch will be served between noon and 1 pm. Please indicate on your RSVP slip how many, including yourself will be attending this catered event.

Fifty dollars is required to cover costs, the same price as a decade ago. How's that for keeping costs down. Please send your cheque before payable to Sherry Lainchbury 1727 Mortimer Street Victoria BC V8P 3A9 to confirm your RSVP before June 25th. Indicate how many people, including yourself, will be attending Sunday's family picnic and tell us your favorite song from 1981.
